XENOPHOBIA IN THE NETHERLANDS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Cuban Citizen. I CANNOT CALL YOU BECAUSE I AM A HOSTAGE.

I am stranded in a Train Station in the Netherlands. In the city of Zwolle.

Human Traffickers are using my Curriculum Vitae. The Dutch Immigration rejects my identification because Cuba denies me as a human being for Political Reasons.

THE HUMAN TRAFFICKERS ARE GIVING ASYLUM TO OTHER REFUGEES BECAUSE OF FIDEL CASTRO.

IT IS INHUMANE, GENOCIDAL, XENOPHOBIC, AND INHUMAN TO DENY ME OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND HUMAN BASIC RIGHTS.

I used to live in Switzerland since 2001 until 2008. I lost my Swiss Residency Permit because the Cuban Government blocked my life since 2008 until 2017 that I could bearly breathe. I left the island in malnourishment caused by Military Brainwashing, Subconscious Military Interrogation, and Crime Scene and State Security Psychological Torture. I wrote a letter to the Cuban State Security and Crime Scene Investigation to fully cooperate with them in any investigation. They in return decided to torture me psychologically and carry out a social mobbing revenge campaign to make my life misserable. I had signed out in the Zürich Civil Registrations Office to take care of my abandoned father left behind by the Cuban Communist Party. I knew about the fact that I could lose my Swiss Permanent Residency C. I had no other choice than to take my Pension Money after my divorce with my Ex Swiss Wife. I left Switzerland without Criminal Records and in peace with my Swiss Ex wife's Family. Also with my friends. I had no issues with anyone. Only Political Persecution Mistrust and differences. After the divorce I decided to visit Miami after many years without seeing each other. I even thought about the possibility of staying to live in Miami.

CUBAN POLITICAL PERSECUTION IS THE ONLY REASON FOR MY BEHAVIOR. I WAS UNDER POLITICAL SUBCONSCIOUS INTERROGATION IN EVERY COUNTRY BECAUSE OF THE CUBAN INTELLIGENCE.

Cubans are extremely expensive slaves that Cuba does not want to lose their slaves.I will explain about what ignited the Swiss Interrogation that caused me to want to leave Switzerland:

AN IMMIGRATION CORRUPTION CASE IN THE IMMIGRATION OFFICE AT MATANZAS. CUBA.Magalys Maragoto. ( Ex Ministry of the Interior Immigration Officer). Got prison).The case involved me and Magalys Maragoto and probably also my University Colleague Nelson Maragoto in relation to my CUBAN RESIDENCY PERMIT FOR ABROAD and Embassy Monthly Immigration Fees. I was invited to Switzerland one time before I got married and started to reside in Switzerland. I did not go back to Cuba to do the CUBAN RESIDENCY PERMIT PAPER WORK. Which is the way the Cuban MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS, THE MINISTRY OF THE INTERIOR, AND THE CUBAN IMMIGRATION'S WAY TO COLLECT THEIR HUMAN SLAVERY FEES. Someone at the immigration sent me the CUBAN RESIDENCY PERMIT FOR ABROAD by diplomatic parcel to The Embassy in Bern. The Cuban Government followed that lead to Bern through the Embassy. The Swiss Intelligence might have suspected me for "Dubious Drinking and Fun Behavior"; misjudging what happened under the advice and cooperation of the Cuban Embassy in Bern. As I had not integrated in the USUAL CUBAN SLAVARY AND TRAFFICKING BUSINESS. I had gotten married and not asked for Political Asylum or merged in Switzerland. I was not hiding. Which is the usual protocol.

I WILL SUE ANYONE USING INTIMACY AND PRIVACY EVIDENCE TO BE USED FOR POLITICAL AND POWER REASONS. CUBA MUST NOT USE BUSINESS, COLLABORATION, COOPERATION, AND INTELLIGENCE INVESTIGATIONS TO PEER, OR VIOLATE, INTIMACY.I WAS SHOWING OFF AND LIVING LIKE A MILLIONAIRE. HAVANA ONLY ALLOWED SUCH A BEHAVIOR TO THEIR COMMUNIST DIPLOMATS AND ENVOIYEES. I DREW THE ATTENTION BECAUSE I WAS DANCING TOO MUCH AND TOO GOOD IN ALEGRA SALSA DISCO IN BASEL.That caused the Cuban Government to start an investigation together with....? Followed by months of POLITICAL INVESTIGATION WAITING LIST to visit the U.S.A I was given a visa to travel to Miami. According to the U.S Bern Embassador it was FUNNY how many people had my same Name and Surnames in Florida....

It is done like that every time a Cuban decides to break with Communism, Socialism, and Castroism. They wanna know where you are going to be at for the rest of your life. Especially if you go to the U.S.A. They wanna know what you are going to say to the U.S Immigration and the F.B.I....eventually the C.I.A if you decide to be a snitch because Cubans must prove it with blood, or a wheelchair, if they wanna join in the U.S.A. Cubans are only taken in if they ars in the ELITE FAMILIES. Otherwise they must go back to the Castros because they are almost all regarded as Communist Rats or Spies Matter of fact I can always waiver cause I committed no crime and I love the American People, their culture and the American Dream.

I was led subconsciously to leave Switzerland Forever and to stay in Cuba. I will explain the details in a classified or restricted environment. I visited Miami in 2007. I returned to Switzerland in 2008 with my Swiss Permanent Residency. I had left the City of Basel after my divorce and was residing in Zürich at friends' Addresses:

(I was deported from Switzerland to the Netherlands when my First Prints [ not criminal ], according to the Dublin Convention, were in Switzerland. Not the Netherlands).Under Subconscious Interrogation it is really hard to decide and to make the right decisions. Also under Military Brainwashing.

The criminals behind my story were hiding something extremely dangerous. Now I know what. At the time I was not aware of the whole truth. I suspected though all the time but I couldn't prove it. The Cuban Opposition Leadership has made a mistake and is not taking me in the Cuban Opposition abroad because they did not know me. Or who I was. They thought I was a C.I.A agent or an Uncle Sam Puppet. So I MUST GO BACK TO CUBA because I have no Political Experience or participation. I did not show with evidence that I am against the Cuban Revolution and Fidel. Besides, they are the only ones that can lie about Che Guevara and Marijuana.. I MUST GO BACK TO CUBA. They are the REAL OPPOSITION. I MUST PROVE IT ON THE STREETS. I MUST SHOW THEM THAT I AM SUFFERING SO THAT THEY ACCEPT ME IN THEIR NEIGHBORHOOD. I MUST SUFFER THE SAME.

As I used to work for Fidel Castro as an employee in the Crocodile Farm in the Bay of Pigs, and for Raul Castro in Gaviota S.A, I must be the Communist Spy. The Security Agent that betrayed Switzerland and the European Union. The American Spy with the American Accent. I must be executed so that they live with my C.V Profile.. I cannot live around them unless I get married again or masturbate in the Sex Webcam. Or work for them as their Personal Human Computer.I never hid my Curriculum Vitae since day one when I entered Switzerland. I showed it everywhere because I am clean. Some of Swiss Ex Family were my clients in Varadero in Gaviota. I met them in a Tour. Cuba hindered me from renewing my Swiss Residency Permit C. I was filing to enter Switzerland by Laussane through the Cuban Embassy in Havana and The Service de la Population de Laussane. Cuba denied me of work in the Touristic Branch because of my Political Ideas. Which was the only way to earn the money to pay for the paperwork to renew the Swiss Residency Permit to the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Relations. The Major Slave Holding Corporation. I could not finish the paperwork because of a POLITICAL HOME ARREST with military technology. (Darts). The Cuban Government used me for Brain Experimentation, heart experimentation, and IQ Experimentation & Intellectual Property Theft. It is still going on unless they have sold me as a slave to another slave holder. Until Now I am a NULL ENTITY in Europe without identity and identification since I came from Cuba in 2017 through Amsterdam...

I need a Defense Attorney.

I request RELOCATION if I cannot live in Switzerland.

The only country where I had official addresses, official Identity and identification was Switzerland. Cuba considers me a NULL ENTITY because of my political ideas. If they, or anyone, used me as a MULE I am a victim. I have the right to a Witness Protection Program. I didn't do this before because I was under Political Persecution Brainwashing and subconscious interrogation. I can prove all this with papers, witnesses, proof, locations, and evidence.Keeping me on the streets of the Netherlands without human rights, integration rights, social rights... is Genocide, Xenophobia, and Holocaust.

I intend, as an alternative, to request a Temporary Permit in Switzerland to cross to another country legally from the Netherlands under the advice, supervision, and vigillance of a defense attorney, the Europol, The Interpol, the F.B.I, and the Human Rights Organizations:

-Human Rights Watch -The Cuban Observatory for Human Rights -Amnesty International. -Reporters Withoutithout Borders.
