WITNESS PROTECTION REQUEST

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have been asking for asylum for the last four years. I have been telling the European Authorities that I used to be an employee for two Presidents. I can prove it.

- Touristic Complex CIÉNAGA DE ZAPATA. BOCA-GUAMÁ. Treasure Lagoon. Bay of Pigs. Cuba.

- CORPOTATION GAVIOTA S.A. Varadero Varadero Branch. Cuba.

Anyone in that position is entitled to be in a Witness Protection Program. I have been denied on all occasions. Only for contacting some of my friends in Cuba on Facebook some have been taken to the police 🚨🚓 for Interrogation. (Otoniel Cortéz). I have other friends who are doing exactly like me. As I did when I came to Europe. Gotten married...and merged to avoid Political Persecution. (Oriestel Hernandez)...Some have confessed me they all feel politically persecuted even if they have not asked for asylum. Some are suspicious about Cancer Inoculation... Leucemia, Aids,... cyanide...Some have worked with me at some of the Presidential Facilities in Cuba. However everyone has a different story. (José Antonio Cepero...Octavio... Rolando Labusta...) My list is a bit longer than some for the obvious reasons.

My sister died recently of Coronavirus in the U.S. My Sister's Husband just got half paralisis during my Imprisonment in Schiphol. Carlos Santos is "dead"...

People have died in Cuba and abroad. Others have disappeared. Others are hiding and their locations are unknown. I have warned you since I returned from Cuba about Cuba's Communist Purges in 2017.

Military Brainwashing has prevented me from telling my real story. The Cuban Intelligence hides the evidence pretty well, persecutes the agents, the opposition, or anyone who dares to present evidence in court against them.It is pretty obvious that I am a victim of Political Persecution according to the evidence, the Witnesses, the proof, and the Crime Scene.

I NEVER SAID I WAS A SPECIAL TROOPS...I SAID I WAS AN EMPLOYEE. A "FAMILIA BONITA".

I NEVER HID MY CURRICULUM VITAE. I PRESENTED IT IN THE FIRST COUNTRY WHERE I HAD MY PERMANENT RESIDENCY PERMIT. SWITZERLAND.

MY FIRST PRINTS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION ARE IN BASEL. FRENKENDORF. SWITZERLAND. NOT THE NETHERLANDS., GERMANY, OR SPAIN. I HAVE NO CRIMINAL PRINTS. I SERVED OVER A YEAR IN PRISON FOR CROSSING THE BORDER WITH EUROPEAN DOCUMENTS. BY THE OFFICIAL MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION. (OUI BUS, TRAIN). I DID NOT BREAK THE LAW. I BROKE THE RULES. I HAD A PENDING LEGAL ENTRANCE TO SWITZERLAND BY LAUSSANNE WHEN I CAME FROM CUBA IN 2017. I WAS FORCED TO HOME ARREST IN CUBA SINCE 2008 UNTIL 2017 UNDER HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION AND INTELLIGENCE PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE AND FORCED CONFESSION. I ALSO CAN PROVE IT.

I WAS LED TO THE NETHERLANDS FOR INTERROGATION AS IT IS THE CUBAN TYRANY'S INTELLIGENCE PROTOCOL TO EXECUTE THE VICTIMS THE DON'T WANT TO PAY COMPENSATION. IN ORDER TO MAKE OTHER COUNTRIES RECEIVE THEIR "LEFTOVERS".

I TOLD THE SWISS LAWYER NOT TO BRING ME BACK TO THE NETHERLANDS BECAUSE I HAD ALREADY BEEN DENIED.

I WAS DENIED OF A DEFENSE TO TALK IN SWITZERLAND BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT ME TO TALK IN THE UNITED NATIONS IN GENEVA LIKE ARIEL RUIZ URQUEOLA. I WAS TALKING TO ARIEL RUIZ URQUEOLA FROM PRISON IN ROTTERDAM. I CALLED HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH IN NEW YORK FROM PRISON. I HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN THE CUBAN CLANDESTINE OPPOSITION SINCE I WAS DECLARED "RAJAO" "TRAITOR" WHEN I WAS CALLED FOR DUTY TO FIGHT IN THE ANGOLA WAR. I COULD STAY IN CUBA BECAUSE OF MY "FAMILIA BONITA". AFTER I VISITED SWITZERLAND IN THE 90'S AND RETURNED TO CUBA; ONLY THEN RAÚL CASTRO LET ME IN GAVIOTA BECAUSE I DID NOT STAY ABROAD. MY FAMILY BELONGED TO THE FIDEL CASTRO GROUP. FIDEL AND RAUL DON'T MIX THEIR AGENTS, WORKERS, OR EMPLOYEES FOR PERSONAL, CORPORATIVE, SECURITY, AND INTELLIGENCE REASONS...

There is a difference between Intelligence & national security investigation; and intelligence & national security torture and public confession. I was already in Solitary Confinement in Schiphol and under interrogation & investigation in a Rotterdam Prison. I don't need the be investigated.

Why not investigating Cuba?

The ones that are forcing me to Deportation Camp and Homelessness are violating all protocols, codes, agreements, pacts, accords, deals, declarations...it should not surpass tonight. I should not sleep another night on the streets.

Those feel no love for the Cuban People. I have been under Subconscious Interrogation for a long time. I did not point fingers until now. Castro is dead and nobody cares about rules anymore. About Witness Protection, about asylum, about immunity...

I will continue to request for a lawyer in order to receive compensation for the charges I have already presented.

Every word I say. Every name I mention, every location I reveal leads to another name, to another location...the chain is killing people, deporting people, making people lose something, or someone. I am not responsible for The Cuban Dictatorship's Fall and the Fall of a Communist Leader, or the Fall of myth...

I BLAME IT ON THE POLITICAL HISTORICAL BOOMERANG.

I accuse Cuba of:

- POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF THE EUROPEAN LAW OFFICES AND EMBASSIES.

( Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Canada, U.S.A)

-POLITICAL PERSECUTION OF THE INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE.

I am being used as a Escape Goat, A Confession Goat, a Modern Witch. I will continue to request Damage Compensation for all charges.

I WILL NOT GO TO A DEPORTATION CAMP WHERE I WILL ONLY GIVE THE CHANCE TO GET A POLITICALLY PERSECUTED STATE LAWYER THAT WILL GUARANTEE MY DEPORTATION TO DIE IN A CUBAN PRISON OR TO BE EXECUTED BY AN EXTRAJUDICIAL MILITARY COURT IN CUBA.

CUBA DOES NOT RESPECT THE UNITED NATIONS DECLARATIONS. CUBA PERSECUTES THE POLITICAL PEACEFUL OPPOSITION AND DEPORTS INDEPENDENT JOURNALISTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS DEFENDERS TO OTHER COUNTRIES LIKE NICARAGUA.

THE NEW CUBAN CONSTITUTION (2018) AND THE NEW CUBAN LAW OF DIGITAL COMMUNICATION ( LAW 370) DOES NOT ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE ME TO LIVE IN CUBA.

CUBA DOES NOT REGARD ME AS A HUMAN BEING. AS A CUBAN CITIZEN. CUBA REGARDS ME AS A "NULL ENTITY" TO AVOID COMPENSATION DAMAGES FOR HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION, ROBOTICS EXPERIMENTATION, SEX EXPERIMENTATION,...

I WILL NOT BE THE NEXT COUNTRY'S TYRANY'S HUMAN ANDROID; OR WILL NOT BE CONVERTED INTO TRANSSEXUALITY.

I AM ASKING FOR MY SLAVERY FREEDOM.

I am also requesting to die with dignity in the case anyone shall want to press charges upon me. However, I have the right to a Defense Attorney. I have the right to remain in Silence; I have the right to immunity! I have the right to Asylum and Protection. I will run to the first embassy in the Netherlands that grants me immunity, asylum, and protection; if the Dutch Immigration, the Dutch Government, and the Dutch Military Police don't have a solution for my case. Before my case turns into a State Security Issue.
