To refuse to affiliate with a regime's Political Organizations. In Cuba, the Opposition accumulates Years of Opposition since they started to criticize a regime. That is not political opposition.

When you take sides against a Political Regime you are an Oppositioners and you have the right to ask for Political Asylum.

Otherwise, you can choose Deportation or Integration Marriage, Work Contract Integration, Temporary Stay, or Temporary Tourism...It doesn't matter how many years you have been criticizing or denouncing a regime for violations, murder, genocide...if you don't or can't provide evidence. Human Rights Organizations do that since their creation anyway.

-The only evidence is taking side since you are young against a regime.

-If you don't have Opposition Age, Opposition Time, Opposition Evidence, Opposition Witnesses, Crime Scene, Opposition Proof.

-Conspiring to deport a Cuban Political Oppositioner, even when it is Friendly Fire can be mistaken, or confused, for Political Espionage.

-Giving Asylum to the ones that share State Secrets for Personal Sex Orientation Convenience does not make a Political Oppositioner. That is just Witness Protection; or Arse Protection.
