Reasons why I was classed Persona Non Grata in Europe

My question is:

Do I have legal right to a lawyer, a defense, asylum, food, human rights, psychological attention, medical attention, the right to a registration office, an asylum center, a residency permit, a work permit., compensation for forced imprisonment, political persecution, experimentation with my brain, my heart, space experimentation, communist military brainwashing, police brutality, home breaking and entering without a warrant, military-witness interrogation torture, refugee kidnapping, postponement of a prison sentence to avoid the evidence and the witnesses, prevention of a witness to appear in court in a third appeal to an asylum case to the European court…?

All these charges have caused me irreparable damages to my health, my psychological and mind sanity… I will need a specialist in Psychology and a Medical doctor to have me examined. The Invisible Enemy is still envisioning and predicting human beings’ thoughts, Non Verbal Communication, and future actions. Cuba’s intellectuals and scientists are being threatened by Communist Robotics and Communist Playboy.

Communist Castro Latino Machoism is Senesexing capitalism abroad. The New Castro’s wealthy heirs keep boasting off their Narco-laundry. The Santiagüeros and Cienagüeros are still being used by Cuban Opposition Business. Castro’s heirs and Military Communist Traitors are being used as the New Cuban Government’s advisory. Castro’s Fortune stalks the New Cuban Republic to be used to rebuild the destroyed Colonial Island. Josè Marti’s Decoys are being used to make the dictatorship fall. If other cuban clandestines like Frank Pais, Josè Antonio Echeverría, Camilo Cienfuegos, or other cubans will be assassinated again before the fall. Who will be allowed in the New Cuba? The same communist party identity-card-holders? Who are being given asylum, entrance, residency, work permit, in your countries? The ones that own a Narco Bank Account? Why do you deny me of entrance, asylum, shelter, and protection while you allow and keep the worst communist threats in your territory? Why do you deny me of my human rights? Why do you cast legal blame and doubts on the Cuban Mules and not blame the real spies? Back in Cuba I was a University Teacher, Touristic Animator, Tour Guide, and Public Relations Director who escaped Cuba from Death in 2017. I have been, with indignity, suffering and begging around Europe, arrested, put in several prisons, refugee camps, and asylum centers, for ‘Illegal’ Border Crossing. When I had the sole intention of asking for asylum and protection from the Cuban Communist government and its Communist Intelligence; because the Cuban Ministry of the Interior attempted against my life and my 84 year old father in an Undercover, Secret, without our consent, Public-Policlinic Witness Recognition Interrogation. Also because of Psychiatric Hospital, Communist, Military Intelligence Experimentation, Interrogation, and Brainwashing. Moreover, arrest without a warrant, injection without consent, and medical prescription and Devious Origen medications and psychiatric treatment. Like, vitamin injections together with beta blockers and others; known to be used for brain experimentation and military brainwashing. The insertion of a retiree inside my mother’s home to make my mother confess what I did in Switzerland, Miami, Key West and Orlando, during my stay in these countries…

The Cuban Government denies Political Intelligence Persecution when they sent Refugees to Holland to collect information in the name of Cuba’s National Security. (including Visionaries & African Religion Priests alluding to be asking for asylum). The so called ‘Political Intelligence Clothing Store Mules’ (temporary asylum seekers and tourists who buy clothes in Europe and Russia to sell them in Cuba).

The Cuban Government involves all the time the U.S.A and the C.I.A in every International Issue, Posada Carriles, or the Miami Mafia; while praising the Communist Russians. I was deported from Switzerland without the right to show my evidence after contacting the United Nation’s Secretary General’s Office per email accusing them about the Havana’s syndrome Issue with Canadian and U.S diplomat’s families in Havana. I have crossed European Borders with my Cuban Passport, A Dutch Refugees Identity Card, A German Identity Card, and my Swiss International Driving License. I showed the Border Police or Border Immigration every time my documents and was allowed to cross over. Always with a valid Cuban Passport. I was punished out of Switzerland and Liechtenstein for three years on the 13th of August. Fidel Castro Ruz’s Birthday with malice. Why does the Cuban Government deny the evidence, prolongs asylum cases, prison sentences, and cohorts European Lawyers not to take Political Asylum Cases with evidence?

Why does the Cuban Councils of Ministers denied to know who I am and declared me Null Entity and a small black point in their ‘ immense white revolution’ in a call from Rotterdam to Havana’s Councils of Ministers when they knew I have a ‘Release Letter’ signed by the Current Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz. Why was I taken out of prison without money and promised an asylum center or a shelter and put out on the streets when I arrived?

Why am I denied of a lawyer to ask for amnesty to another country and only offered deportation to Cuba when it is known what they do to Political Opositioners and Independent Journalists…?

Why does the Cuban Government keep so silent about me and does not accuse me in Public as ‘Media Terrorist’, U.S lackey, mercenary, C.I.A employee; while they call that to Yoanis Maria Sánchez Cordero, Rosa Maria Payá, Liu Santiesteban, Alexander Otaola, and other Media Influencers and Independent Journalists and peaceful Opositioners like Damas de Blanco, and José Daniel Ferrer?

Why am I not given a place in exchange to wait for my asylum case’s decision?

Why was it allowed to do my asylum cases third appeal without my presence while I was in prison during the Corona Emergency when I had Video Conferencing Court sessions during the Corona in prison?

Why was I not given the court cases in English for me to understand what the court and the immigration decided?

Why was I not released from prison in time, before the Psychological and physical damages occurred?

Why were heart tests not made in time in prison before the damages?

Why was I not shown and given my lung X Rays?

Why was I not released in time before the damages, or allowed for over a year in a Military Prison to look for the evidence and the witnesses with the excuse that I did not present the evidence when I came in 2017? When every appeal can start with new recent evidence?

Why was the immigration radically against me, while the court was not?

Why was I denied temporary registration in the Netherlands( especially in der Knel), when I was already registered in Hogeveen’s Registrations Office and had a One-year Refugees Identity Card? When I sent them photos of me together with other refugees in the AZC?
