THE SWISS COUNCILS OF STATE'S ACCUSATION AGAINST MY MORALE

The Swiss Councils of States accused me of being a threat to their National Security. I am against their position. I was expelled from their territory for Lack of a Lawyer. For lack of a Defense. I was forced to leave the country because of Lack of bonds with Switzerland according to a Legal Article in the Swiss Immigration Law. I was brutally handcuffed, like in Cuba, only for getting close to the Train Station Wall when I stepped to the side to change my Sweater. Or simply for bumping my head at night upon a Watch Store Glass on beer. A criminal doesn't get close to a store to see the watch price or the mark...

Just before I contacted two of my Swiss Cuban friends. Just before they arrived on the spot. The Zürich Train Station. Just before they were going to offer me help to take a shower, or to have a drink, or to introduce me to a Swiss Citizen...I was arrested for not presenting a Swiss Valid Document, or Visa; when I had a Pending Legal Entrance to Switzerland waiting at the Swiss Embassy of Havana and the Laussane Immigration Service. -Service de la Population de Laussane- It looks like the Cuban Human Smugglers could have lost the Hunting Pray at that point just in a twinkling of an eye. In a jiffy.

If I had been heard; a confession, an understanding, agreement, a swear, a negociation, would have been arranged with Cuba.

I have the legal right to accuse the Swiss Councils of State of Abuse of the Power. Of unjust Deportation Attempt, Of Obstruction of Justice, of Obstruction of the evidence, the Witnesses, and the Crime Scene against Cuba. Amongst others.

However, my accusation is a Legal Procedure that leads to HUMAN SLAVERY, HUMAN SMUGGLING, AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING. TO ILLEGAL POSSETION OF FIRE ARMS WITHIN SWISS TERRITORY. TO POLITICAL MURDER. TO HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION IN HOLOCAUST CAMPS. TO HUMAN DISAPPEARANCES...TO ESPIONAGE.

I entered Swiss Territory with a German Temporary Refugees Card in the middle of an Asylum Petition which was controlled by the Swiss-german Train Immigration Police before entering the territory. I entered with a Train Ticket. Bought in Germany. I told the Immigration Officer I would cross at my own risk because I would ask for asylum at the border. I was fined 8000 franks in order to put me in the Zürich Prison. Someone knew I would not have money to pay the fine. So that I had to suffer the prison hazzards. After I had been in a Karlruhe Detention Center asking for Asylum too. Cuba knew I where I was and where I was going. They had ten years to reherse the Perfect Hunt. The Perfect Murder. The Perfect Dublin Hunt in the face of the European Union.

Cuba cannot involve other governments, their Councils of State, their Intelligence, like the Swiss, or officials within other governments, in their Genocide. In their Holocaust with The Political Opposition. In the name of Business, Banks, Bank Accounts, Cooperation, and Collaboration. Above all the Russian Opposition. Cuba must not involve the Russian Exiles. The Russian Anticommunist Opposition. In their Political Murders. In their Political Purges. To avoid that victims of Political Opposition are reintegrated.

Cuba must stop hunting Political Oppositioners abroad in the name of their National Security with the excuse that they have to know what they have against Cuba.

I am a victim and not a perpetrator. I had the right to be heard. I had the right to a defense. I had the right to remain in Silence. I had the right to present evidence, proof, evidence... according to International Law.

I was deported on False Grounds. After I wrote an email to the United Nations Secretary General mentioning, in my own way of understanding what I was going through, in Boundry and Gouglera; The Havana's Accoustic Syndrome.

Noone accuses Cuba without being Interrogated and tortured in a Military Prison In Cuba or abroad.

Noone writes a book against Fidel Castro and the Cuban Tyrany without being Tortured, persecuted and given Ultra Protection.

ULTRA PROTECTION IS NOT SEX CONVERSION. SEX TRANSFORMATION, SEX RAPE, SEX TORTURE, SEX ORIENTATION DEFAMATION, SEX SLAVERY, DISAPPEARANCE, OR HOLOCAUST.

If I was used as a Mule either Political, Economic, or Intelligence, I accuse the only ones that have denied me of a Hospital Bed in Malnutrition. The only ones that have kept my 70 year old mother sleeping in a Rocking Chair for months...the ones who Interrogated my 84 year old father subconsciously to find out how much he knew in case I file a complaint or accusation to the U.N or the International Court...the ones that knew my sister was dying of Corona in a U.S clinic and kept me in the streets of the Netherlands to die of Corona too...

That's why I am sure to blame Cuba for all. Cuba is making their allies and cooperating countries accomplices of Political Murder and everyone is watching the CUBAN COLISEUM.

I don't need more evidence to ask for:

-Asylum

-A Witness Protection Program

-Protection
