The only ones who can have an accident in prison, or in an Asylum Camp, or....

The Prison Lottery is about a call to a prison cell. If you win it you get out and the hunt begins.

The one who falls is eliminated from the hunt. Taken out back to their countries or in the last case scenario given a wheelchair.
