The Havana's Syndrome

The Cuban Government shares Military Information with every country where there is a Cuban Exile involved in National and International Security Issues. Even when Cuban Anticastros, and Anticommunist Oppositioners are to them ‘Non Entities’ , ‘criminals’ , ‘U.S puppets’ …& Bla Bla Bla…If it is related to Cuban ‘National Security’, they are ‘ Human’ ,until, they can do their Own Intelligence Abroad to keep in the power. When they are finished, they get rid of the evidence.

I was for over a year in an 'Uknown Prison’ in the Netherlands.

The Cuban Government forced the Dutch Military Police to deploy personnel in a Military Extradition Operation middle in the Coronavirus Pandemic Emergency. Risking the Personnel’s life and mine. Violating the Coronavirus Distancing. Cohersing the Dutch Military Police and the Dutch Government with their, Military, Sports, tobacco, Salsa Party, Golf, Music, Sherrit, Banks, Hidden Evidence Agenda.

Like:

Fake psychological profiles, fake military information, denial to present the evidence, and the use of refugees as ‘Mules’ in the name of their National Security. I was forced to live in hardship, fear of deportation, and extradition to Cuba.

I had to face hardship in some of the worst refugee camps in Europe. Forced to fly from Fribourg to Amsterdam with High blood Pressure, under psychological stress, with fear of deportation, and fear of imprisonment.

I was denied of the right to present the evidence in Switzerland in a Dublin Immigration Kidnapping Hoax to the Netherlands; which caused me inevitable and permanent health damages.

I was forced to apply for asylum up to the European Court when the New Cuban Government knew what happened in Cuba between 2008 and 2017 in front of Fidel Castro before he died. I am a victim of a Communist Dictatorship. I am a victim of Fidel Castro's Murders. I am the evidence.

In the Netherlands, The Dutch Asylum Court Sessions during the Pandemic were implemented through Video Conferencing. As it is in developed countries.

My asylum case’s last appeal to the European Court took place without my presence, or Video Conferencing. Now, I am denied of a lawyer, shelter, medical services, insurance, temporary local registration, work permit…

Obviously to, premeditatively, make me fall in the hands of human smugglers, or undercover criminality, and human slavery.

I have the right to the Habeas Corpus.

But first,

A place to stay, food to eat, and 24 hours contact with my family in the U.S.A and Cuba under protection.

I had the real evidence that they were persecuting me after I called Havana's Councils of Ministers in a Direct Call. While they declared NulI Entity, I could feel their hate and revengeful threat to Political Persecution and attempt against my existence.

The deportation attempts and the Dublin Immigration Deportation Hoax took place, funnily, after having complained by email in a Swisscom Server to the Geneva's U.N Secretary General about the Havana’s Syndrome, in the words that I could explain it. Similar to what happened with the Canadian and American Diplomats' Families in Havana.

My asylum case is in a Civil Court.

I was under military interrogation already. I have suspicion they will try to drive me back towards a military prison for more interrogation, or to another Deportation Center to try extradition once again, like they did to Posada Carriles in order to do Political Intelligence like Fidel Castro.

They are using the Corona Pandemics Apology to postpone or prevent my case, or amnesty, in order to make me run out of money and resources. As they have the power and advantage, anyone can guess the origin of such Modus Operandi, to force me to the streets as a vulnerable predators' Sitting Duck. Only the Communist Military fit in that Profile.

I will not quit. I will stand for what I represent. They can kill me, but they cannot extinguish my spirit and my dignity. It is not the same to be afraid than to be a coward.

When no lawyer ever would take my case, I would have already won.

I have already defended myself as a Baptized Christian by a Colombian Priest, in front of the Vatican and the Catholic Church.
