THE CUBAN GOVERNMENT IN EXILE

The Cuban Government is composed of two sides or pairs:

1- The Havana Pair ( Government in the island )

2- The Triangle. The Government in Exile )

Both sides share the Cubans' Patent.

Both are responsible for the Cuban People.

When none of the sides holds responsabilility over a Cuban citizen in Exile. Both can be sued in front of the International Court of Justice.

Why would both sides of the Cuban Government not take responsibility for a Cuban Citizen? Especially when the Cuban Citizen has proven:

To have a valid document. Id or Passport.

Thanks have been in contact with his family in Cuba and in Exile.

To be able to integrate abroad and not to be able to go return to Cuba for Political Reasons?

It is both sides' responsibility to register officially, the Cuban Immigrant, in a country that welcomes the immigrant for social integration.

It is not a personal issue to give certification, approval, or Material Witness Signature for Political Persecution. IT IS AN OBLIGATION.

If both have been in an issue to avoid Political Conflicts amongst the two sides; the immigrant , P.O.W, or hostage, must be given a Defense Attorney according to the U.N Refugees Organisation's Regulations and the U.N Declarations.

When both sides are not in agreement; the victim has the right to ask another State for Entrance, Documentation, Asylum & Protection from both sides. When there's evidence to prove it.

The International Court will carry out an investigation to clarify the reasons why both sides violate Local and International Law in a Security Issue, a hostage issue, a P.O.W Issue...If a crime has been committed, any, or both of the sides will be accused, or sued accordingly.

The victim here urges both sides to cooperate with the Immigration Authorities; the Refugees Organisation; the International Court of Justice; and to proceed according to the U.N stipulations.

The Cuban Government in Exile sustains to be independent and to be a part of the Cuban Opposition. Especially the Official Organisations.

Both sides share the information concerning Security Issues, Refugees Issues, Business Contracts, Association, Legal Disputes... because of the Cuban Patent to avoid Anarchism, Crime, and Terrorism, in Cuba & abroad. Cooperation is put forth as the basis of the relations between the two3 sides. However both sides deny collaboration in " Certain Issues ".

The International Court carries out an investigation when ever there is Criminal Evidence between the Two3 sides to have seen, witnessed, or to have been involved in a crime. Especially a Political Crime such as Genocide.

When a Hostage Issue arises, or a P.O.W Issue, the Immigration Court is not responsible for the immigrant. Political Asylum is an International Court Issue whenever it is about Human Trafficking, Genocide...Both sides must join together to discuss Compensation Damages. But not to "silence", or to "get rid of" the Victim.
