Europe, November 28th, 2020 Dear Sir/Madam,

I came to Europe in the Nineties for the first time to visit Swiss friends through Barajas Airport. I got married in Switzerland right afterwards, I integrated, and received my Swiss Residency Permit (C Permit). I was forced to go back to Cuba in order to take care of my 84- year-old-father.

Another retiree who served Fidel Castro as Public Relations in Ciénaga de Zapata Natural Reserve; honoring his ancestors from the Canary Islands making ‘ Wood Charcoal’. Left without Social Care, Medical Insurance, and Social Services. I lost my C Residency Permit because I was trapped in the Cuban Dictatorship(2008-2017). Fidel Castro died right while I was in Cuba. I refused to sign Fidel-Castro's- Public-Political- Will to swear Eternal Faithfulness to his Cuban Revolution that we consider A Communist Dictatorship. I could make it abroad to escape what is being shown now by our Opposition, our Independent Journalists, our Opposition Organizations in the Island, and abroad. All the evidence about Human Rights and Violations to Human Freedoms that at the time were censured by the Cuban Intelligence, Cuban Counter Intelligence, and the Cuban Communist Press is coming up now. I came to Holland in a plane for Russia through Amsterdam in 2017. I asked for Asylum in Holland.I crossed European Borders in order to ask for Asylum and Protection because of Political Persecution and Violations of Human Rights in Cuba: Holland, Spain,Germany and Switzerland. I have been denied everywhere. I have been homless and without a job, without a Residency Permit in Europe because of the Cuban Repressive Dictators, which torture and persecute our opposition in Cuba and abroad. I am the evidence. I am in Holland hiding from my Political Enemies. I have Fear of Persecution because my mother is in Cuba and I cannot help her. I am afraid that they do the same they did to my father. My father died as a result of the Cuban Henchmen's Purges that come at the end of every Communist Dictatorship. I am a University Professor and the Cuban Intelligence is ‘Blocking my way' with Homophobic- Adoctrinating- Intelligence-Bribery. All I ask is help to negotiate with the Cuban Government to Compensation for the Physical and Psychological Damages and for hoaxing my life. They compensate their Militay Officials and hoax the lives of the civilians who work in their Military Facilities. Corruption is known, but Political Persecution for Interrogation, Military Sex Orientation Communist Military Revenge through the Intelligence for Human Sex Slavery, or Digital Intelligence Medical Malpractice is Human Genocide. I deserve compensation. They do not give compensation to those they can hoax and by means of the concealment of the Crime Evidence. They are presenting me and the Opposition and exiles as Null Entities(GUSANOS), asocial, and mentally ill individuals, only for our Political Position. It is time to act now before they start killing abroad openly! Julio Alfonso Martin( Carmen Alfonso. Camagüey) Member of the Fidel Castro Revolutionary Clandestin Group against Batista. Member of the Cuban State Security). I am considered a dangerous person for the Cuban Intelligence and the Cuban Counter Intelligence for contacting the Cuban American Foundation ( Omar López Montenegro), Yoani Sánchez, and José Daniel Ferrer, ADN, San Isidro Revolutionary Group, Grupo de los 70 in Switzerland, calling Ariel Ruiz Urqueola from prison and for writing a book against the Cuban Dictatorship with an Anticastrist-Anticomunist Aproach.
