Dear Magistrate,

Any immigrant who has at least one friend in Europe. Even if he has no home. Anyone who can adapt to the social rules and norms. Anyone who can survive and spend money everyday. Anyone who can prove integration possibilities. Not only integration will, integration talent, or necessity, is welcome in the Netherlands; or in the European Union.

LEGAL TEMPORARY IDENTIFICATION CAN BE GRANTED TO THOSE IMMIGRANTS WHO HAVE BEEN INTERROGATED AND TESTED TRUSTWORTHY TO INTEGRATION IN EUROPE; SO THAT IMMIGRANTS CAN CHANGE LOCATION IF THEY CONSIDER THAT THE NETHERLANDS IS NOT THE APPROPRIATE ENVIRONMENT.

WHEN THE IMMIGRANT IS NOT WELCOME IN THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITY BECAUSE OF POLITICAL SIDE ISSUES AND THEY ARE NOT CRIMINALS, OR SPIES; THE IMMIGRANT MUST BE GIVEN AMNESTY TO ANOTHER CONTINENT; IN ACCORDANCE TO THE IMMIGRATION RULES AND LAWS. WHEN THAT IS NOT THE CASE THE IMMIGRANT IS A POLITICAL MILITARY HOSTAGE. WHEN THE IMMIGRANT WAS HELD ILLEGALLY IN A PRISON WITH EVIDENCE IT IS A PRISONER OF WAR.

CASTRO WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO COULD MAKE A LEGAL DEFENSE AND WIN TO TUMBLE DOWN A DICTATORSHIP LEGALLY.

Anyone who can prove that they can create material goods for the Dutch, or the European Economy is welcome to EUROPE. Aside from any racial, political, or ethnicity reasons. Anyone who is trustworthy, and has been investigated by the Dutch Military Police is welcome to the Netherlands, and to Europe.

The Dutch Military Police does not allow anyone with mental issues out on the streets. In that case, refugees are transferred to mental Facilities for treatment. Those who cannot go back to their countries are integrated in Social Programs. They are given an address, a shelter, and temporary identification, or permit. There is a difference between a TEMPORARY IDENTIFICATION and a TEMPORARY PERMIT. With a temporary identification immigrants can travel and integrate socially temporarily; but it is not guaranteed that a permanent permit will be granted. Also a permanent residency which is not the same.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING. HUMAN SMMUGLING. IDENTITY THEFT ARE A CRIME BECAUSE THEY CAN CREATE ESPIONAGE AND EVEN A COUP D'ETAT.

JUMPING THE PRISON'S REFUGEES QUEUE CAN BE CONSIDERED AN ATTEMPT AGAINST THE DUTCH NATIONAL SECURITY AND THE EUROPEAN UNION.

SHIPHOL DETENTION CENTER RECEIVES IMMIGRANTS AND CARRIES OUT THE INTERVIEW PROCESS. REFUGEES ARE EITHER WELCOMED TO THE OPEN CAMPS; OR DEPORTED BACK TO THEIR COUNTRIES. THE TRANSFER OF AN IMMIGRANT TO SOLITARY CONFINEMENT, OR TO OTHER PRISONS, MUST BE JUSTIFIED OTHERWISE IT COULD BE CONSIDERED HUMAN SMUGGLING, AND EVEN HUMAN TRAFFICKING; ACCORDING TO THE DEGREE OF THE OFFENSE, OR THE CRIME .

WHEN AN IMMIGRANT IS SMUGGLED, OR TRAFFICKED, AND IT CAN BE PROVEN; THE IMMIGRANT MUST BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL DAMAGES IN THE FACILITIES WHERE THE CRIMES WHERE COMMITED.

CORONA VIRUS VICTIMS WHO WERE USED FOR VACCINE EXPERIMENTATION IN PRISON MUST ALSO BE COMPENSATED. ALSO VICTIMS WHO WERE PUT TO DIE IN THE STREETS IN A CORONA EMERGENCY SUCH AS DEPORTATION TO CUBA DURING THE PANDEMIC EMERGENCY. IT IS CONSIDERED ATTEMPTED MURDER WITH THE CORONA VIRUS.

Anyone who aims at starting new and start a new family has advantages in the Netherlands. Illegal Marriage is a crime. Illegal Deportation is a crime. Immigrants in the Dutch Camps have the possibility to go out and integrate socialy outside of the Refugees Program.

Anyone who can prove in practice that has been integrated in social life has advantages over the rest of the Refugees.

Refugees who apply for REFUGEE STATUS are different from Refugees who ask for POLITICAL REFUGE. And also different from Refugees that ask for POLITICAL ASYLUM. The three categories are different.

There is a distinction between the three categories. REFUGEES ARE ALL REAL MCCOYS. Because the world is full of injustice, Tyranies and dictatorships. However, refugees are different not only because of the evidence.

Also because of the country and the IMMIGRATION CATEGORY. Countries in HOT WAR are given priority, as well as children and women. However, COLD WAR is also a danger to the immigrants lives. Cuba is a country undergoing a CIVIL WAR a cold war. Political Prisoners and Political Oppositioners are being ousted from the country only for doing peaceful opposition agaist the Political Tyrany.

Immigrants who used to be in the Military and the Armed Forces are given a different treatment in the IMMIGRATION PROCESS because of NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUES.

Immigrants who have been in too many camps and have political Persecution Symptoms, or syndrome, must be compensated; or taken to a recovery facility when it is proven that they cannot return to their countries.

When an immigrant has developed a Camp and Prison Psychological Analysis Defense Complex; it means that they cannot live in a camp or in a social dorm or program. The immigrant must be given an own place or compensation so that they rent their own place. Immigrants are not responsible for prison and camps experimentation programmes. Countries that know this and send immigrants knowingly, on purpose, premeditated...must be held accountable for their crime. If it cannot be proven; they can be accused of COMPLICITY.

Countries that send ill, or sick, patients to another country must compensate the immigrant and the country where the crime was committed.

If the immigrant after all this does not leave this country is because he has no dignity; or shame in the face. When this is done to an immigrant it is Agression against physical integrity. Agression against the Morale. Agression against the code of human Ethics. Attempted Murder. A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.
