Dear Sir/Madam,

The refusal of my evidence by the Law offices in the Netherlands; so that the evidence does not reach the Immigration Court, the European Court, and the U.N -OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE- plus the -DEPORTATION ATTEMPTS- back to Cuba; convinces anyone of the CRIMINAL MINDS behind my Asylum Case.

MY ASYLUM CASE IS ONE NOTCH BEFORE REACHING THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE. THE MODUS OPERANDI IS SIMILAR TO THAT OF OSWALDO PAYÁ. ANOTHER HERO IS QUITE INCONVENIENT.

The -MODUS OPERANDI- is clearly of INTELLIGENCE MULE TRAFFICKING, OR REFUGEES TRAFFICKING. Specifically SEX CONVERSION; SEX TRANSFORMATION; AND ROBOTICS EXPERIMENTATION.

More specifically TRAFFICKING WITH A HUMAN BEING WITH IDENTITY THEFT.

SADOMA AND GOMORRA WERE ERASED BY GOD MILLIONS OF YEARS AGO.

The Cuban Government Keeps TOO SILENT about my Asylum Case.

The Law Offices in the Netherlands are blocking the evidence, the proof , the witnesses, and the Crime Scene; when the Dutch Military Police knows of my release from prison related to the evidence. The perpetrators keep blocking my entrance to the SALVATION ARMY, THE LEGER DES HEILS, SOCIAL DORMS, ...

A tactical DEPORTATION CHECK-MATE in favor of the Cuban government. The Cuban government denies POLITICAL ANTI-COMMUNIST ANTAGONISTS like me the entrance to Cuba WITHOUT IMPRISONMENT and the HIGHEST PENALTIES; such as HIGH TREASON TO THE HOMELAND and umpayable fines according to a Cubans' 10 to 20 Cups monthly salary. Which leads the Cubans to EXILE and STATELESSNESS due to the refusal of some CUBAN COMMUNITY ORGANISATIONS IN EXILE to serve as Witnesses of Political Persecution in favor of Cuban Asylum Seekers. Clearly denying their involvement in providing evidence with their SIGNATURE so that the Refugees are given Asylum. Otherwise FRIEND COUNTRIES are not accusing Cuba of the crimes related to the evidence in the name of BILATERAL COOPERATION AND COLLABORATION.

It is against International Law to keep me as a NULL ENTITY with the BODY TRACKS left by INTELLIGENCE PERSECUTION AND EXPERIMENTATION.

Please I beg you to make justice in the name of International Security, International Peace, and the maintenance of our Races & Global Equilibrium; as well as the Green Planet to avoid Nuclear Events, Natural Catastrophes; and the Extinction of humanity.

What I am being done is simply Public Genocide; and Cuba holds a Leading Position in the United Nations' Human Rights Commission.

How many of my letters and emails are going to be stolen and put to other names in order to earn Personal Economic Gains and Status?

When is one of my letters going to be answered?

When are my email addresses going to be checked to see that my correspondence could be being blocked to be used between the Server and the U.N; in the name of a Communist Burocrat serving the Cuban Government, or their share holders?

When will justice be made in my Asylum Case?

Is someone trying to create a Psycho not to pay compensation?

Is someone trying to create a Terrorist?

Is someone trying to create an anarco radicalist?

Is someone trying to deport Cubans so that they serve as Anarchism Bait to overthrow the Cuban Regime without GETTING WET watching from DISTANT EXILE?

I want freedom for Cuba too. However, Cuba is making their own SELF EMBARGO and SELF DEPORTATION to collect MODERN SLAVE, ECONOMIC MULES, AND INTELLIGENCE MULES in order to silence them in Cuba if they dare to talk in the Immigration Courts and the U.N.

I AM THE EVIDENCE. I HAVE EVIDENCE.

I need a FORENSIC DEFENSE ATTORNEY ready to work in favor of the client and not in favor of the Cuban Government.

This letter is my intellectual property. It cannot be put in anyone's name to keep making money for the Cuban U.N Team; in order to keep prolonging my pain, my life, or my death.

I ask you for Asylum and Protection and Legal Amnesty Transfer to another country where my human rights are assured and guaranteed.

THE NETHERLANDS POST TRAUMA WILL NOT BE THE BEST FOR ME EVEN IF I WOULD BE FINALLY GIVEN ASYLUM. I FEEL THE NEGATIVITY AND THE BIAS EVEN IN THE VICTIMS THAT ARE SUPPORTING ME AND IN MY FAVOR.
