I am a Cuban Citizen.(Cuba: Identity Card Number: 68041722441). Entrance Port: Holland Schiphol -2017- with Cuban Passport.

I am a Cuban Exile.(more than 24 months out of Cuba without right to return to Cuba for Political Ideas). Without an Official address now; except the one registered personally in Hoogeveen (2017-2018) when I had a Temporary Residency in Holland; as I was living in AZC Hogeveen. Kilholtsweg 7, Hogeveen. Netherlands. Before I crossed to Spain.(NIE: Y67447732). Given personally by the Avilés Police).

I am registered at the Immigration in Zwolle; and was verified in person by the Zwolle Police Department.(V-Nummer: 2848183181.BSN: 326600164).

I used to live in Switzerland from 2001 until 2008.

I am not a Refugee, or Asylee in Holland because I crossed the border to Spain, Switzerland, and Germany.(MID-NR: 20714321).

Given by the German Immigration in Zirndorf. Bayern. Where my Cuban Current Passport is.Only delivered with a Lawyer).

I am a Cuban Asylum Seeker asking for relocation and Political Asylum. The Cuban Immigration Law establishes that any Cuban who does not renew their Residency Permit in Cuba in the 24- months-time is automatically declared Exile, or Expat.

I have been asking for Political Asylum in Europe since 2017 that I escaped Cuba; where I had returned in 2008 from Switzerland; where I had a Permanent Swiss Residency from 2001 until 2008. When I entered Europe again through Amsterdam Airport in 2017. I had a Pending Entrance to Switzerland by Laussane.(Please contact: Embassador in Havana at the Swiss Embassy from 2001-2017).

I was smuggled through Europe: Spain, Germany, Netherlands, and Switzerland by Cuba to avoid my entrance in Switzerland.

I cannot renew my Cuban Residency Permit because of my Political Ideas. Due to the New Cuban Constitution of 2018; and the New Digital and Communications Law 370 of 2018. Also Immigration Law 312 in Law-Decree 302; and the Cuban Penal Code make it impossible for Anticommunist Political Oppositioners to live in Cuba; even under surveillance of the Human Rights Organizations; and the United Nations.

I am living in the streets without a Night shelter and room & board required by Dutch Law, the COA, and the Refugees Organization; as well required by European Law for Political Asylum Seekers. I am not a Refuge Seeker.(I was in Switzerland.I merged in Switzerland (Love marriage for economic-political refuge. 2002-2017).

I asked for Entrance and Relocation to Switzerland from Cuba through the Swiss Embassy betwen 2008-2017). I was led into a Refuge Smuggling-Trap with a Swiss Permanent Residency (Permanent Residency not tied to a marriage) to cover up Political Persecution, violations of human rights, human experimentation, political intelligence confession, torture...and Political Murder.

I had to suffer illegal and unjust imprisonment in the Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland, as a result of Political Persecution. Human Smuggling perpetrated with the compliance, knowledge, and consent of the Cuban Current Government.(Court Evidence 2017).(Including Solitary Confinement, Subconscious Confession, and Four Illegal- Extradition-Attempts with the same Modus Operandi Cuba used in the Posada Carriles's Case; when the Barbados Cuban Plane-Crash-Incident). Cuba's Intentions are to get rid of me to avoid compensation-damage- payment for the incidents depicted to the Swiss Embassy in Havana and other Consulates(between 2008-2017):

-The Canadian Consulate. -The British Consulate. -The German Consulate.

Also because Switzerland was the Crime Scene that Cuba used to avoid my entrance into the United States; when I asked for a visa to the U.S.A at the U.S Embassy in Bern; because it is their Political Interrogation Protocol with every Cuban who desserts the Island. Especially to the U.S.A. Cuba wanted me back for Interrogation and confession to find out about my connection to Ministry of the Interior-Immigration Corruption Case in Matanzas which led to Espionage.( M.Maragot.).

The hunt continued to Miami, key west, emmen, hogeveen, Eidhoven,and Zwolle until today. Otherwise, I would have been relocated and reintegrated back to Europe; or given amnesty to Canada; or the U.S.A.

The Dutch Immigration and the Dutch Government consider Cuba a Safe Country and a Safe Port.(Excuse being used to reject my relocation, my reintegration, or my amnesty. To assure Business Collaboration and cooperation).

Now there is no reason for my extradition after the Political Interrogation and Purge; which I survived since 2008-2017 back in Cuba that lasts until now. The purge was supposed to end in the Netherlands because Cuba is under close Surveillance by the Human Rights Organizations and the United Nations for Human Rights Violations.

They eliminate High IQs that desert them, or don't submit to Slavery. They cannot stand anyone 's success who breaks with their Socialist System and starts new abroad without them. Especially the ones that wish the best for Cuba and the Cuban People with a Pro America Position. Even worse to the ones who oppose them to make a difference in Cuba.

I have the right to be a registered member of the Cuban Opposition Abroad against my Political Enemies; to belong to the Cuban Exile/Expat Community Abroad; to do Peaceful Political Opposition, to do Free Political Influence, to do Independent Journalism, to do Politics, ...like: Liu Santiesteban, Maria Elvira Salazar, Yoanis Maria Sánchez Cordero, Alexander Hotaola, Rosa Maria Payá...

I have all my Past life as evidence of Passive Political Opposition; and four years of Active Political Opposition in the Heart of Europe; Plus all the rest of my life; until Cuba's Political System changes.(Visit my Media Communications. Consult Witnesses).

The Young Generation is trying to invalidate me, or retire me, without Opposition Experience, or Opposition Time. They can all try to merge like I did in Switzerland (since 2001 until 2008); and do something for Cuba. Until they have Opposition Time, Opposition Age, and experience to be able to ask for Political Asylum. I started since childhood and I can prove it.

The Old and Old Homologous must pave way for the New Generation; and open up for the New Times. My Homologous must try to take me as it is. Not as I am. I will try to avoid the Wheel-Chair- Opposition-Protocol.(Asylum is for the ones who have the C.V, the requirements plus the evidence, refuge is for most immigrant).

The Cuban Government in the island is acting out of jurisdiction and imposing their laws through their businesses in Europe. The Cuban Government abroad is blocking my entrance abroad to extratdite me for Political Execution. Political Persecution Brainwashing will not make me unworthy and unimportant.

I have no money to go to an Embassy. I have no shelter, no room and board to look like a decent man; because Both Governments are blocking my Swiss Permanent Residency Permit, my entrance in the European Union, and my amnesty to the U.S.A and Canada; with another simple Camp Extradition Attempt; when I am an Exile with all the requirements for Entrance, relocation, asylum, and a Witness Protection Program.Trying to make me START AGAIN and not START NEW. Which is IDENTY THEFT.

I cannot be where my Homologous Communist Asylum Seekers are in Refugee Camps, Centers, Red Cross Dorms, Social Places...for obvious reasons. Otherwise it is a simple trap to commit political murder, or to do more Human Experimentation, more sex conversion, more brainwashing, more, intellectual property theft...more political persecution.(Consult the camps. The worst places in Europe).

The Refugee Cue is for Refugees. Asylum Seekers have priority because it is the law and the rule. Not because of color, sex orientation, Karma, Karisma...not the other way around. Because they have protected and require protection.

Social Integration first, Residency Permit First, Relocation First, afterwards, work, marriage, ...

I am still in the streets and still in danger. Still a Political Hostage in Holland. Still a begger in the streets. Keeping me still through the Corona Pandemic and now in the streets will bring consequences for the responsible.

I have the right to residency, to work, to room &board...where I will not be tortured anally by robotics, Artificial Intelligence, or hidden technology. I have the right to be rescued if I am helpless and in danger. I have the right to meet anyone I choose to ask for advice; when I am being denied of a neutral; or an Anticommunist Lawyer. I have the right to a priest to confess myself without fear of Political Persecution.

I was brought to the Netherlands. I did not come here out of free will from Switzerland. I went to Switzerland from Germany out of my Free Will.

Anyone who was a victim in a Crime Scene must not be brought back to the crime scene for obvious danger reasons. Unless protection and security can be granted and assured. Victims must not be transferred; extradited, or deported.

Political Asylum Seekers must face the hazzards of persecution; but must not take human slavery in a classified, or restricted,

environment when they can be identified; when they are sane and when they have friends and family.

Otherwise amnesty must be granted.

The city of Zwolle will not provide me with room & board and Night Shelter until my Immigration Issue is solved; because no one can solve it due to the fact that it is a Government's Issue. The Dutch Government is in favor of Communist Cuba. Zwolle could provide me with a Temporary Place to live until my "departure" is ready. Also a train ticket to go to an Embassy. The COA can also provide me with room & board and find out who is blocking my Room & Board.
