CASE

- I am Cuban. I am politically persecuted. I can look once, twice, or three times, without being accused of harassment. Especially when it was informed officially. Harassment accusations and sues could be taken as harassment, homophobia, racism, Xenophobia, and hatred. Public Sexual Teasing is a crime.

- Public Psychological Analysis is illegal. Non authorized is a crime. It can be considered Harassment, homophobia, racism, hatred, and homophobia. PSA can be taken as intellect theft, intelligence double fabrication, human Smuggling, human trafficking, kidnapping attempt... unauthorized can be considered espionage.

-Excessive and prolonged Public Personality Analisis can be considered Public Immigrant Experimentation. Also excessive immigration Personality Analysis. It could be considered POLITICAL TORTURE.

- I was brainwashed in a Military Prison. Brainwashing victims tend to look for familiar faces. Especially immigrants who are looking to start a new life. I used to be a security agent, a touristic animator, a tour guide, a public relations director in a Cuban hotel facility.

-My C.V does not lie. I cannot be a sociopath, or a psychopath. Unless it was created by Political military brainwashing, and Political persecution. Especially when the best European analysts are the Witnesses.

-Political Psychology can only be used as reference in a criminal Political persecution case. I used to be a University Teacher, a Tour Guide in Gaviota. A touristic animator.

-I cannot be accused of mental issues because my clients are my Witnesses. Ducts, Swiss, Germans, French, Canadians...) Political Persecution can create The Political Persecution Syndrome.

I am an independent human rights defender. ( See my C.V). My job requires acting, the use of psychology, and theatre Technics in order to be allowed in public. The people involved and there interacting will not be considered offensive unless it is real harassment, homophobia, racism, Xenophobia. Noone will be sued, accused...unless it has been explicit, premeditated, on purpose, personal, and with prejudice and evil. ‌ -Forced Camp Deportation is illegal and criminal when there is evidence to prove that an immigrant is a victim of Political persecution and the victim can prove it.

- Asylum Favoritism to communist followers, or supporters, is illegal and can be a crime. Sex Orientation must not be used to give asylum to Communist Asylum Seekers to torture the Anticommunist Asylum Seekers for revenge. Criminal evidence must be the basis to avoid war, anarchism, terrorism, sedicion, radicalism, extremism, and Coup d'etat.

-Lying to the authorities can be a crime. Asylum Seekers must not be put to the streets and denied of a bed, social services, medical services, legal advice, legal defence..., when they cannot go to a Force-Deportation-Camp because they will be executed for their Political ideas in Cuba.

-Cuban Humor can be considered a Political Communist Weapon when it is excessive, prolonged, and sexually intended, or biased.

- A person who has a Retarded Person at home and has lived in harmony cannot be homophobic, or racist...unless the victim was indoctrinated, or educated, in a Communist Fascist Country like Cuba. ( See: Capitalism 5°®.)

-Cuba will be asked to leave the phone in the plane, or it will be removed, in order that they show who they are and what they can do.
